Printed Miniatures is a website dedicated to 3D printed miniatures.

The site is made with love from Melbourne, Australia – but this is the internet so that doesn’t make much difference.

When I first purchased a 3D printer I had no intention of using it to print miniatures. I had (and still have) never played any tabletop games – I just wanted some cool things to print.

Soon after printing my first ‘supportless’ miniature – I started to look for more complex things that could be done on a 3D printer.

I found https://reddit.com/r/FDMminiatures and saw what people were using their printers for. This lead to also seeing people who had painted their miniatures.

So I started this website partly as a way to document what I learn, and partly as a way to give back to the community of people who share the same passion.
